Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original packaging to maintain the integrity of these delicate hand-crafted items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the specific village pieces or accessories you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original Department 56 styrofoam and decorative sleeves to prevent breakage during transit, then secure them in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
